Privacy policy

Effective from 22 October 2026.

Who is the controller

The controller of personal data sent through the form on wrocool.pl is Yan Shauchuk ("Wrocool"). Contact for data matters: kontakt@wrocool.pl, tel. +48 881 299 597.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a quote we process the details you give us: name, phone, email (optional), town, a description of the rooms and the job, and your message. We use them to prepare a quote, contact you and pass the job to the installer we select (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps before a contract, at your request), and to defend against possible claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives the data

We pass your request to one partner installation company, which prepares the quote and does the work – only what it needs to contact you. Our infrastructure providers (hosting and email: Cloudflare, Inc.) process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We never sell data or send advertising without your consent.

How long we keep it

Until the matter is closed and then for up to 3 years (the limitation period for claims), unless you ask us to delete it earlier and we are not required to keep it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing – write to kontakt@wrocool.pl. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no cookies for advertising or tracking. We count visits with cookie-free statistics that do not identify users (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
